Turtle Lakes Civic Association
Established
1st Nov, 1977
The original plat map and construction of the community started in 1977 and continued through the early 1980's.
Turtle Lakes
Community Park
Located at the end of Edgewater Court this park was originally built as part of the community development. The park is now managed by the Pasco County Parks and Rec Department.
Voluntary Association
The original Developers Association was turned over to the community and over time was changed into a Voluntary Community Association without the Deed Restrictions originally imposed by the developer.
